Beautiful house in the Italian countryside

A modern restaured villa just 10km from the medieval hilltop town of Todi. Artistically furnished with a mix of old and modern furniture, the villa has 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accomodate up to 6 guests. The house is surrounded by a garden and a pine grove as well as a stunning view on the Umbria countryside. Adjacent to the house there is a covered alfresco dining area as well as a private swimming pool nicely furnished with lounge chairs for sun or shade. There is an entrance area, a living room with the fireplace, TV and a modern sofa, a large kitchen with a table that can host 14 persons. Garden and covered alfresco dinign can also be accessed from this aerea. There are also 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath. Hosts have access to the whole house 10 mins by car from Todi village and 40 mins driving from Perugia. Perugia airport: 45 mins. Rome airport: 2hours.
