Open For Business! Two Bedrooms One Full Bath Laundry on premises, free with rental Wood burning stove (we have firewood for you!) Located a few short miles from Trinidad Lake State Park, the Robinson house also boasts plenty of room for boat parking. The backyard is fenced and there is a great little smoking area that is very discreet for our 420 guests. The Robinson house has been beautifully renovated and stocked up for you! The antique stove is non-operable however, there are many other ways to cook. Refer to pictures. All guests must be 18+ years of age. No exceptions please. ALL GUESTS must sign a waiver of liability to use the hot tub. As a guest, you will have full access throughout the house, parking, and the backyard areas. Each guests sets the tone for interaction with me. I live nearby and can be reached by phone or text. Halfway between downtown Trinidad and Trinidad Lake. The Robinson house is located on the west side of town, near Central Park, home of Trinidaddio, our Bluesfest and the Trinidad Triggers ballfield, pro baseball team of the Pecos league. The neighborhood is established and well maintained. The best way to get around Trinidad is by car and the Robinson house has plenty of free parking. Please note: our check in time is 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. If you have a different time request for either, please contact me so that we may try to accommodate you. Antibacterial wipes are located under both the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Careful and deliberate disinfecting of The Robinson House is performed in between each guest stay. Please don't take our cleaning supplies. They are difficult to come by in our small community. Also note, the stove is non-operable. There are several kitchen appliances available for cooking.
