Whether you are travelling alone, as a couple or on a businesstrip - you will love our newly renovated studios on the third floor of our villa. They are all spacious (30 m2). Each of them has a separate bathroom. They have very comfortable kingsize bed, a fridge, a coffeemachine, a water kettle and a table where you can work. In the hallway you will find a microwave, dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Non-smoking - no kitchen facility. The spacious Studio (30 m2) offers a unique view on the gardens of our green and quiet neighbourhood. The furniture is made of wood - especially made by Swiss carpenters for us. Good design and swiss or at least european materials are very important for us. The bed is very comfortable - you will sleep very well in it. Ensuite bathroom. Wonderful view over the city. We will give a an access code you can choose yourself. You don't need any key for the studio. We live in the same house and are ready to answer your questions. In case we are not at home our Co-host will be here for you. Our villa is situated on the lower Zurichberg - a very quiet and green area that you reach very easily by public transport (15 minutes from the main station). From the airport you can take tram Nr. 10 to the stop Letzistrasse. This takes about 30 minutes. From the stop you walk up Letzistrasse. The second street on the right is Schanzackerstrasse. From the Trainstation (Zurich Main Station) you take Tram Nr. 10 to stop Letzistrasse. From the stop you walk up Letzistrasse. The second street on the right is Schanzackerstrasse. By taxi or Uber car you reach us via Letzistrasse/Schanzackerstrasse. There are parking spaces in the neighbourhood for 15 CHF per day - please let us know if you need one. Coffee, the and minibar are for free. Upon request 24 hours in advance you can ask for an additional breakfast for CHF 15/person. You can enjoy the breakfast in your own studio.
