Cute room for rent, minutes from water views. Access to kitchen and living room. No area is off limits except my room which is locked. There is no shared space on my property I’m absolutely available by text/phone at all times. I’m rarely home so guests will have more privacy the average super host. Just a mile from dining and water views. KISS is a transportation system as well as Uber. I highly recommend calling ahead to reserve. I have the numbers which I can provide. Absolutely no smoking in my home. Lovely patio area foe smokers.
