Technion is in walking distance, or a short bus ride directly to the campus. Haifa University 20 minutes by bus. Beach 30 minutes by bus. Walking distance to shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes . One double bed, great for one person or a couple and for business trawlers. Nice view during the day and the evening. Good starting point to trips in Israel. A lot of free parking on the street.Close to the Technion and the University I speak Hebrew, English, Slovak, , Hungarian and partially Russian. I live 45 minutes from the apartment and I am available when needed. Great place for Technion Institute and Haifa University visitors, and tourists who want to visit Haifa and the North . The neighborhood is small, quiet and has a communal atmosphere. 10 minutes by buss to Haifa central station, including trains ( m MerkazitHamifratz) buses. and metronits. Free Parking. Convenient and central location, good public transportation everywhere in Israel. Direct train from Ben Gurion airport or from Tel Aviv to the nearest railway station Haifa "Lev Ha Mifratz and from there with bus number 71. The bus stop is right outside the front of the apartment.
