Cozy floor in a house with sauna near city center

I am renting out entire floor at my house. Guests will have 2 bedrooms and private bathroom. My place is close to the beach and city center. Public transport and big shopping centers are also near. You’ll love my place because of the location, everything is nearby but at the same time the area is quiet. I have big garden, sandbox for children and sitting corner to enjoy fresh air. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Entire 2 floor. 2 bedrooms, private bathroom. Sauna is for extra fee- 15 eur. Using kitchen is also possible, if we agree on it before the stay. I gladly help you during your stay. With getting around the city and reccomending the best restorants and site seeing. House is situated in private houses area and makes the neighborhood very friendly and quiet. Public transportation is 4 min walk. The beach is 6 min walk. Public transportation takes you to the city center and malls only in few minutes. Bedrooms are ready for your stay. Beds have blankets, pillows, sheets and towels.
