This is a substantial first floor apartment set in beautiful landscaped grounds within walking distance of Melrose town centre. The apartment has four large doubles rooms containing king or super king sized beds. Bedroom 2 has three singles; Bedroom 3 has a double; Bedroom 4 has a super king size; Master Suite has a king and one single. There is a large ensuite bathroom off of the master suite and a further large bathroom for use by the other three bedrooms. Both contain double showers, wc, wash basins and deep double ended baths. The kitchen contains all required amenities and dining area for ten people. The living room contains ample sofa seating for ten people and dining facilities for ten people (the table in the photograph for six people has been replaced by a large ten seater table). There is a 50" television with Netflix available, a PS3 with selection of games and DVDs. There is also a number of board games and a large selection of books. The apartment is a two minute walk from Melrose Golf Club (Golf clubs can be provided on request), and the foot of the Eildon Hills which can be accessed via the side of the golf club. The apartment is within walking distance of the beautiful town of Melrose, which boasts the famous Melrose Abbey, boutique shops, an array of wonderful cafes and restaurants and a number of bars many with beer gardens. The town of Galashiels is a mere 5/10 minute drive away with any more shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a vast array of walks from the Eildon Hills to along the riverside in Melrose. This apartment will provide a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. There is ample free parking at the front of the property for those travelling by car. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the development with regular buses into Melrose and Galashiels, the neighbouring town. There are also taxis available in the centre of Melrose or can be contacted by telephone. The Borders Railway line provides rail access from Tweedbank which is less than two miles from Melrose and provides access to Edinburgh in less than one hour.
