Charming renovated half-timbered farmhouse, beautifully surrounded by vineyards. A close proximity to nature reserve (Kullaberg), swimming in ocean, restaurants. Kattegattleden and Kullaleden (bike path and walking trail) passes the farm. We bought this farm in 2010 and have rebuilt the dwelling house, stable and the barn. We turned the stable into two apartments and in the barn is a third apartment with a fourth soon to be completed. The idea is for our children and their families to use these apartments when they come to visit, but also to be able to rent out when they aren´t in use. The apartments are fully equipped and well suited for making dinner to those whom desire. Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed.All apartments have private patios with barbecue grills. We are currently finalizing a joint barbecue as accommodation for the fourth apartment. All apartments are equiped with Wifi, free of use. The farm is located next to Arilds vineyard where a restaurant is open during the summer, and about 5 minutes walk is Arild village.Bed linen, towels and cleaning are not included in the base price, but we're happy to provide you with these services if you wish. We charge SEK 100 per set for bed linen and towels and SEK 500 for cleaning. Just let us know! Arild is an old village by the sea and examples of facilities you can use in the village besides swimming in the ocean is a public pool, tenniscourt, the harbor, a pub and restaurants. Public transport to and from Arild is within a few minutes walking distance. The area is exceptionally beautiful and offers something for everyone. Golf lovers can enjoy Arilds Golfklubb, 3km away and Mölle Golfklubb, one of the most beautiful courses in the country, just 5 km away. There is hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, climbing, diving, lots of culture and local food production on and around the nature reserve of Kullaberg. The cities of Helsingborg, Malmö, Helsingör and Copenhagen are well suited for nice day trips. The guests can rent one or more apartments. The host are living in the dwellinghouse and can help you whith questions. Feel free to contact us regarding tips about what to do and see in the area! Since our ambition is to let you stay in a nice house in the rather pricey Arild without having to empty your bank account we let you choose your desired service level.
