Cosy flat in Hove (with a cat!)

My flat is cosy and down to earth! It’s a little haven! It comes with Coco that friendly cat- if you aren’t keen on cats I would suggest this isn’t the place for you. He is getting a bit old though and prefers to come to you (which he will do) You have access to the whole flat and garden. Coco stays at the flat, some guests have enquired if I can remove him for their stay, and I can't as this is his home :-) You have access to the whole flat and garden. I will be next door with my boyfriend so am on hand if you need anything....and i will know if you sneak extra guests in without paying....and I will notify Airbnb of this. The flat is about a 7 minute walk from Hove seafront, and the walk along the front to Brighton is about 40 minutes! There are loads of great coffee shops that do good cake and plenty of local pubs that do good food! You can park on my road for free from 8pm till 9am. I can sell you a permit for £5 if you need to park outside of these hours (valid from midnight to midnight) if you only need to park for a few hours pay and display would probably be a better option. Hove train station is a 10 minute walk, Aldrington station is about a 5 minute walk. There’s a bus stop at the top of the road with frequent buses into Brighton! There is a double bed- with a lovely Simba mattress! and a sofa bed: with a memory foam topper (there is a £5 linen charge if you are two guests using both beds, or you are free to bring your own for the sofa bed) I provide towels and bedding, and you have access to pots and pans and oil etc! Coco can’t be shifted out of the flat If you overuse the heating this will carry an extra charge. Due to the size of the flat and the double glazed windows the thermostat should not be set at anything over 20. And should be dropped down to 15 over the night and if you leave the flat. Irresponsible use of gas is not cool. Please open a window in the bathroom after/during your shower to allow the steam to escape and prevent mildew forming
