Bali Emerald Villas Complex, Villa D-3

Gorgeous private 2 BR villa, centrally located in Sanur, in the Bali Emerald Villas complex. Easily one of the two most desirable 2BR villas in the entire complex. Complimentary airport pick-up & delivery and late checkout (Minimum 5 night stay) Bali Emerald Villas is a unique complex conveniently located in the heart of Sanur. 24 hr. security is provided and back-up generators are in place should any power outage occur. Villa D-3 is conveniently located in the center of the complex, in a 5 villa cluster, with drive-up convenience to the front Bali door. Should you require a 1-BR booking we will consider an offer at 80% of the online rate. Rates are always negotiable and if you find a better price at time of booking than we have on offer, please let us know and we will correct the situation. Our most praised asset is our lovely Balinese housekeeper, Kadek, who will take care of you during your stay. Her duties include making up the rooms, general cleaning in the villa and full laundry service, including ironing. If the guest's request is for a one bedroom only booking, the second bedroom will be locked off for the duration of their stay. The housekeeper's area (washer/dryer, storage, etc.) will be locked off when she goes home for the evening. Otherwise you have full run of the villa and all the amenities. The owners share their time between Jakarta and Sanur, Bali but recently have been spending more and more time in Bali. No worries though, we are only a phone call away and stay in very close contact with our housekeepers. Any concerns you may have can be quickly communicated, considered and addressed. There is lots to do and see in Sanur, and all within walking distance of the villa complex. The complex is located on Jl. Karangsari, just off of Jl. Danau Tamblingin, the main street of Sanur. Turn right or left on Jl. Danau Tamblingin and you will find a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants in either direction. You will be pleased to see how far your currency will go in Bali in the local markets. Across Jl. Danau Tamblingin you have a five minute walk to the beach. The Sanur beach has a 6 km. paving stone beach walk that runs from one end of town to the other. It is a favorite of pedestrians and cyclists to stroll/bike this walk at any time of the day. A multitude of shops, restaurants and hotels are located on this beach walk so there is something for everyone. Back at the villa we have organized menus from many of the local restaurants and tourism pamphlets for sights to see and places to go for your perusal and planning. Getting around When you rent directly with us, the owners, we will provide complimentary pick-up from the airport to our villa, and also include a complimentary drop-off to the airport on your way home for any guests who have booked a minimum 5 night stay. For less than a 5 night stay we will have to charge for an airport pick-up but will provide a complimentary return trip to the airport after concluding your time with us. Sanur is a very safe village to get around in For starters, there are two complimentary bicycles included with the villa. Sanur is a very bike friendly community as can easily be seen by the number of cyclists on the streets. Motor scooters can be rented for as little as IDR 50,000 per day. Cars, or MPV's, including drivers, are also readily available at very reasonable rates. Metered taxis (Bluebird) and Uber drivers are always close by. Uber provides the best transport value; If you don't have an account, then sign up. Most tour operators will include pick up and drop off to and from the villa as part of their package. Just ask us any specifics and we will answer you ASAP to help you with the planning of your stay. It should be noted that we are new to AirBnB and have just started down the road of the self-management of our personally owned villas. We will be working hard to make your stay a pleasant one and focusing on winning your return business. We have recently conducted significant renovations and upgrades to the villa in order to make our guest's stays more comfortable. Additionally we are offering complimentary airport pickup and drop-off services (min. 5 night stay) and will offer our guests a free late check-out provided there are not incoming guests with whom a late check-out would conflict upon their arrival. Amenities... too many to mention. However we are sure you will enjoy the contribution from our long-time lovely Balinese housekeeper, Kadek, who will take care of you during your stay with us. Her duties include making up the rooms, general cleaning in the villa and full laundry / ironing services You will feel safe and secure with 24 hr., round the clock, security. Back up power (gensets) are up and running quickly when the grid goes down, thanks to the villa complex standby Engineering staff. The villa is also kitted out with emergency lighting that kicks in immediately on a blackout until such time as the standby power is up and running. Entertainment wise, there is a 46" flat screen TV in the living area and 32" flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. A Blu-ray DVD player is provided along with media player compatibility for all TV's throughout the villa. Satellite and or IPTV is also provided on all TV's for your news, movies, sports and serial TV needs. All bathroom showers have been upgraded to Toto Rain Shower thermostatically controlled units. Just set the temperature to your preference once and always the same. Might be a small feature to mention but we love it. We are offering another feature for your convenience upon your arrival. Send us your want list that you would like to see in the fridge / pantry / bar when you check in. We will stock up for you from the local market, receipts provided, and bill you at cost +10% (cash) or cost +13% (most major credit cards) Note: requests exceeding IDR (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) will require a pre-payment to secure your requirements.
