Top floor spacious two bedroom apartment. Huge windows, brightly lit throughout the day and stunning sunsets in the evening. Huge fully equipped kitchen, separate dining space, lounge room, queen beds in both bedrooms with brand new mattresses (2020) and a north west facing balcony. Top (2nd) floor of the building with big windows through-out that give an amazing sunset in the evening and keeps the place bright during the day. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds, brand new mattresses (early 2020) and plenty of closet space. Bathroom with shower, bath, washing machine, dryer. A separate WC. Lounge room with TV and a separate dining space. Huge fully equipped house sized kitchen - you'll feel completely at home - Stove/Oven/dishwasher/fridge. Assortment of other appliances. All of the amenities you need: wireless internet, tv/dvd player, air-conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washer, dryer, parking and a security door. Guests have access to everything in the apartment except for some of the higher cupboards in the bedrooms and kitchen. In most cases we’ll be able to let you in and show you around, then after that the place is yours to feel at home in. We'll be on call whenever you need us. In rare cases a key will be left for you in anticipation of your stay and I’ll provide details of the apartment. The area is brilliant. Quiet and safe. It's almost completely residential with a warm family friendly feeling. Streets are wide and tree lined, houses and apartment buildings are rarely higher than three stories, allowing plenty of light. There’s very little through traffic and it’s very easy to walk to all the necessary amenities. Abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops on Carlisle st or Chapel st. And easy access to trans or trains with a direct line to the city. 8 minute walk to the train station and various tram lines with a direct line to the city or surrounds. A compact parking space is available on the property as well. Suitable for a mini SUV (Toyota rag 4 etc.) or smaller. Long stays, 2 months or more, will require a cleaner once a month. This will be paid for by the guests. It comes to ~$80 AUD p/m.
