Our 4berth fully double glazed and centrally heated caravan is available to let Saturday to Saturday. With its breath taking views across the bay to Penlee and set in amongst a former sea defence fort, it is a relaxing place to wind down and forget about the outside world. The caravan has one double and one twin bedroom. It is the ideal location for families and couples only, to holiday and a perfect spot to discover the Rame Peninsula. Dogs are charged at £35 per week each. Set in our quaint campsite. peaceful, tranquil and quiet. 20minute stroll to quaint village pubs and beaches in Kingsand/Cawsand rural no street lights nearest shop 1 mile in Millbrook or Kingsand. Whole caravan for guests with decking area and private garden. An outside table on decking. Washing machine on bottom tier of site prices at £4 per wash. Clothes line in garden. We are happy for guests to go about their stay as they please with as much or as little interaction as they wish. We live on site quite close to the caravan. we are available for enquiries in person or by phone/email during office hours. Hawkins is set in a Fort which was built in the late 1800s. It has 3 13ft walls and an anti tank moat on one side. Set in a rural location it is very peaceful and more often than not you hear the chirping of the birds and the owls. Due to the fact that there are no street lights you can clearly see the stars at night. You may even catch a glimpse of the deer out in the field whilst sat on the balcony. To get around in the local area you would need a car or be happy to walk. There are local taxi services available from the villages at around £7 each way. Couples and families only.
