It is a spacious EXECUTIVE STUDIO WITH BALCONY in the Mactan Newtown. It has an ocean view. There are amenities available within the place such as, italian restaurants,japanese restaurants, ATMs,Bank,Convenience store, Food chain,coffee shop,Mc donalds and taxi stand or public utility vehicle terminal. It is atleast 5 mins drive to neighbooring famous Hotel and Beach Resorts like Shangri la,Crimson,and the (Website hidden by Airbnb) would take atleast 20mins away from the airport depending on traffic situation. This is not a Hotel but our Private Condo Unit, our clients home that we want to share with you so please take care and respect our place(-_-). Our unit is a EXECUTIVE STUDIO WITH BALCONY CONDO UNIT with complete amenities you will have 1 double size bed and living room with sofa.This is a place suitable for 2 guest maximum of 3-4 pax as we only have 1 double size bed available and sofa where you can sleep if you want. One Manchester Place requires all visitors to be verified thru valid Identification using any one of these: 1. Government issued photo ID 2. Passport ID 3. Any valid Photo ID FOR Strict Compliance: this is to ensure the security of the building as well as the owners and guest This is not our policy but the Condo You need to bring a photocopy to give to the concierge as they don’t have copier in the condo concierge. We have a front desk reception area where Guards/ concierge will ask you to sign your name and they will ask for photocopy of your Identity as well ( ID) .... we as condo owners have to give them our guest names 3 days beforehand so they can give us a beach pass and signed by the head administrator of the condo unit We abide by the rules of the condo. To get the FREE Beach Pass Entry 3 Days before Check in: please send message of legal names using any valid ID *We will need to Submit to the Administration for Beach pass Entry Please send us full name When you arrive there’s no photocopiers so bring a copy / photocopy your photo ID either( passport, drivers license, student ID, or other valid Identification card) Give us 1 : Your real Full Real Name. Please be sure the spelling is correct 1 name per beach pass so if there is 1-2-3-4 people Please give us the names of each guest in airbnb ********* We provide: one (1) time only as courtesy hotel amenities set consist of *1 Towel each guest, *1 mini size soap, * 1 mini size shampoo, *1 toothbrush and travel mini size toothpaste. *1 tissue paper only If you need extra set additional, each day you stay we charge 250 (php) pesos or $5 usd for a 1 set. Personal Touch: We have added specially for guest *rice cooker *water boiler *complimentary water *hair dryer *hand soap *night lamp *carbon monoxide detector *smoke outside our unit. PS. Please understand that we can’t provide anything that we don’t have listed in our Airbnb Unit as we don’t provide and we cannot offer something we don’t have. You can bring it along while you go have some beach time/ or pool time. It’s the room that is not ready yet but the other amenities can be used right away. By the time the current guest checkout at (12)noon, housekeeping is already in the unit cleaning which means you can leave your things in the unit while they cleans up. By 2 pm you can come back and officially check in the unit. PS. If you are coming from other country and have luggage, the front concierge do not allow to leave any personal belonging as this is a condo unit. We do not have luggage storage but at noon while Jacky is cleaning up, you are welcome to leave your luggage and come back at 3 pm or after to officially come and check in our unit. Be sure to message us ahead your preferred Acess to the unit. Maximum of 2 registered guests are free to use the pool . The rest pays PHP 200 to security. If they don’t ask for it then feel free to use the pool Free to use for all registered guest :sauna, gym, playground for kids.game room,functional area. For beach access maximum of 4 registered guest (weekdays free but weekends at 50% off) . Beach entrance fee for others will be around 150-200 php please ask the concierge if you need to know more or want other people to join you. Access to 24/7 concierge. Let me know if you want to set a cleaning during your stay for a fee at PHP 800. Please pay cash to me or to our secretary in case you need the place to be cleaned. I am very much available once you need my assitance. Please be aware that there will be construction noises during the day as the rest of the other complex are still ongoing. VERY IMPORTANT: *We also charge for additional guests after one (1) as the cost to turnover the space goes up with more guests. And we set up the space different depending on how many guests stay (i.e towel numbers, amount of water). Usually the guard will charge extra person P200. But if the guard don’t ask for it, feel free to use the pool. Beach Access: Is Maximum of 4 people only and free on weekdays but 50% on weekends and holidays. (Entrance for non guest 150-200pesos) ask guard or concierge to be sure. Curtains: The condo guidelines prohibits us to use Dark Colors as curtains so we used blackout white curtain and sometimes light brown ones (not blackout). Be aware that sun does not totally blackout cover with this 2 curtains we have. also: We no longer have Washer and Dryer in Our Unit.
