Private front door with key access leads to a first floor flat with private living room, south facing bedroom and en suite bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a unit housing fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster on the landing with a welcome pack of essential items. We live adjacent to the accommodation and on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a pleasant and happy experience. Exclusive use of living room with TV, double bedroom and en suite. Private access. Please note that there are three steps into the bathroom and the flat is on the first floor, accessed by a staircase. Complete privacy assured. High Barnet is at the end of the Northern tube line which gets you into London within half an hour. In the opposite direction is the greenbelt, 5 miles away from the M25 and beyond that, the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside peppered with charming country pubs. 15 miles away is the historic town of St Albans with Roman antiquity. Although our road is a busy one, the bedroom is located at the back of the house and so is fairly quiet. We are in close proximity to Barnet General Hospital and Barnet Museum. 5 mins walk to High Barnet tube station. Bus stop outside for comprehensive bus network. 3 mins walk to Barnet High Street. 10 mins bus or car ride to New Barnet overground station. On road parking available. There is unrestricted parking within 50 yards of the house on Manor Road off the yellow line. You can park on the yellow line directly outside the house between 6.30pm and 8am and on Sundays.
