Luxury Private Room

A secluded private bedroom with several amenities such as inducted air con, a smart tv with Netflix and YouTube, bar fridge, expansive storage space and an ensuite lies within this house. The room is next to a private seating/living room and allows access to a shared dining area, kitchen (including fridge) and refreshing seating on the patio. We are close to beaches, only a 20 minute drive! It is a 20 minute drive to the Brisbane City and a 10 minute walk from dining such as Betty’s Burgers! We will provide you with essentials such as towels, shampoo and body wash, coffee, tea, bread etc. Inducted aircon is also available for use. The room includes: a free to use bar fridge, smart tv, ensuite, tallboy, closet and extra fan. Guests are given access to a private lounge, shared kitchen (along with access to fridge if bar fridge is too small), dining area and seating on the patio. It is important to note that access to washing machine is limited only to those who stay for the duration of a week or more. We will be here most of the time if you ever need us! The house is situated in a very quiet and oeacfuke neighbourhood and is a 10 minute walk to places such as Getta burger, jacobs bakery and. friendly grocers. We are also a 4 minute drive from McDowall Village Shopping Centre and a 20 minute drive to the beach and Brisbane City. Our closest bus station is a 5 minute walk away at Beckkett Rd at Casuarina. In addition, the closest train station is Carseldine train station (a 12 minute drive away from our house). Access to washing machine is limited to those staying for a week or more.
