The bedding is super comfy with a queen featherbed mattress topper. This room has a window to gaze out as you relax in the rocking chair with your cup of coffee or tea. A shared living room, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms (one newly remodeled) with rocking chairs on the porch and a courtyard with a soothing waterfall. Plenty of room to stretch out! We are next door should any need arise. We are here to serve you! Nice and quiet neighborhood, in a median priced area for Kingman, this house is a single family dwelling nestled in other newer single family dwellings with a protected front and back yard, this is truly a 'getaway'! You may park either in front of the house or inside the fenced yard. We are 1 block away from the local bus service and 2.2 blocks from Route 66. Retro Room is #1 bedroom with its own lock and key. We do not have cable but do have HD TV channels in the living room(only)and a huge array of DVD's, as well as roku with netflix etc. on both tv’s.
