Stay in our beautiful, self contained, guest suite, in the Victorian primary school, located in the centre of the village with all amenities at close hand. Visit Nelli's cafe for the perfect breakfast or afternoon tea. The corner shop, Post Office, 2 pubs, and mini supermarket/petrol station, are all within 2 minutes walk. Our luxurious stylish accommodation with a double bedroom, snug with workspace facilities, a modern wetroom. Fast Wi Fi and Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Outside you can enjoy use of our shared garden facilities on the deck to relax, or sunbathe, on the garden furniture. Mothecombe beach is 4.5 miles away, and there are 7 other beautiful Devon beaches within a half hour drive. Dartmoor National Park is only 15 minutes away. If you enjoy outdoor pursuits you have many choices. The historic, maritime, city of Plymouth is only 7 miles away, with its famous Hoe, Barbican fishing port, and the UK's largest Aquarium. We live in a separate part of the property and guests will have contact numbers for us in case of need. The Devon village of Yealmpton features a Post Office, mini supermarket, petrol station, cafe, hairdressers, a farm shop, and opticians. As well as two pubs. There are walks along the river in the village. Within a 15 minute drive are coastal walks, beaches, pubs overlooking an estuary, and the city of Plymouth. There is free on road parking in the village.
