Arranged on two floors; it is just a few minutes from the centre where there are shops, restaurants and pizzerias. From the balcony and the garden, you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Ideal for large families or companies looking for a relaxing holiday. At approx. 2 km the municipal swimming pool and the visitor centre. The Villa is approx. 150 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 10 people. First Floor: Kitchen, living room with dining area and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, balcony and large terrace with barbecue and fantastic lake view. Ground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 large bedroom with two single beds (with the possibility of a double bed), 1 bathroom and garden with lake view. Comforts include a kitchen (4 burners and extractor fan), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, German coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, satellite TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, three parking spaces. Towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5 per person. Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
