We would like to invite you to our lovely new apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and huge kitchen with dining area and balcony. The flat provides plenty of privacy. There is a parking spot in the building included. The apartment is not suitable for parties as we want to be considerate of our neighbors. There is tram and metro station 2 minutes by walk. City center is also in walking distance. You will enjoy Karlin district for best coffee and restaurants. The apartment is all yours - 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 full bathroom and 2 bathrooms (1 separate shower and 1 separate toilet). There is washing machine, iron, hair dryer. There is equipped kitchen with big dining area and balcony and piano :). If you travel with child tell us in advance - we can provide you with child bed and child stool. The apartment is located in Karlin, which is district next to the city center so you can reach the city center by walk but you can enjoy calm stay and relaxing walks along river side. Karlin is very popular for great food and drinks and we will give you list of our favorite places. Do not hesitate to book your stay in this top location. We prefer to welcome you in person. We are always ready to help you, because we live nearby. You can call us anytime. Karlin is next to city center, it has great local feel and great places to eat and drink. Karlin is cool because it is both hipster and new on one hand, and raw and old on the other hand. There is 1 private parking spot in the bulding. Metro and tram station (Krizikova) are 3 minutes by walk. Check-in is possible from 15:00-22:00, check out is till 11:00 (late check-out possible on request). *** PLEASE READ THE RULES *** - This property has "NO PARTY" policy. Evidence of any such event could lead to partial or full loss of your deposit and immediate eviction. - Quiet hours (bed time) is 10PM - 6AM. All guests must keep the noise level at minimum not to disturb other neighbors. - If smoking occurs during your stay a €200 Cleaning Fee will be billed to your account. - Only registered guests are allowed. *** TOURIST FEE*** Please note that upon your arrival we will need to collect mandatory city tourist fee which is 50 CZK/per person/per 1 night.
