Location is within walking distance from every major attraction, it takes few minutes walking to get to the main square, local food restaurants, markets, nightlife hot spots, as well as other town facilities. The house is surrounded by one of the most beautiful gardens in the city, a real Oasis in the middle of the City Center. Shared with 3 friendly turles and one hedgehog. A little stone path leads you through the garden to the front door towards where the main guest room is located. You will enjoy the freshness not only in the garden from flowers, trees and a little fountain but also inside the house. The thick wall structure keeps the inside of the house very fresh during hot weather. And warm during the cold. The living room provides a lovely place to relax on the inside, where you can also see the garden from the large windows and glass door. Two pleasant dining terraces outdoor, and two lovely living rooms where you can enjoy your stay. It is perfect for friends, family & children. The house has been renovated recently, so it is clean, cozy, bright, providing every piece of comfort you could possibly need. • Your spacious modern bedroom (25m2) has a comfy double size bed. It has an large wardrobe where to put your clothes, bedside tables and modern paintings on the walls. Equipped with a new air-conditioner. • While the second bedroom (25m2) has 3 single modern beds, a large chest wardrobe to put your clothes, bedside table, a library, equipped also with a new air-conditioner. Relax or have an aperitif in the main salon Help yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, and have your meals on the terrace in the garden or in the dining room. You can pick your own mandarins and oranges (in season) from the garden trees to make your own freshly squeezed juice. Lounge by the garden of the house surrounded by luscious greenery and all kind of different beautiful flowers, two 200 years old water mills, play basketball have a barbecue and enjoy the relaxing views. From here, you can easily walk two minutes’ to the city hot spot "New Bazaar" with restaurants, bars, coffee shops ,,,,, less than ten minutes’ walk to Tirana Main Square (Mosque, National Opera, Museum, Clock tower......). From the central location of the house you have access to the public transportation which is very close. • Next to the house you have a great bakery, a supermarket which stay open from the early morning till 10 P.M.
