Charming House in Val D'intelvi

Casa Marita is little lovely house, built on 4 levels and located in the very historic center of the tipical village of Cerano D'Intelvi. In the historic center of Cerano D'Intelvi, Casa Marita is the ideal place to escape from the city: a unique house to spend refreshing days in summer, or warm yourself in a winter alcove. On the ground floor an ancient fireplace dominates the kitchen. A bath completes the floor. On the first floor the master bedroom, original '900s: a romantic space to dream in. On the second floor another bedroom, with three beds, ideal for children or friends, and another bathroom with shower. On the top floor the attic, where you can relax, watch television, read, or contemplate the surrounding mountains. It would be useful a car, to move in complete freedom. In the village there is a bar/pizzeria located inside a small green area, and there is a grocery store that in summer is open on Sunday morning too. Supermarkets are in a driving distance (San Fedele village). In San Fedele or Castiglione you can find all the essencials (pharmacy, laundry, newspapers..) There is a public parking just few meters from the house. It is possible to arrive with the car in front of the front door, but only for luggage loading / unloading.
