We live above so that we are there to help and for information if required. Entry is via a Keysafe located behind the wall facing the road. We will send the code the morning of arraival Quiet Residential area close to Clifton Village, University, and the Harbourside. Within easy walking distance of wide range of local attractions, restaurants and bars. Free parking available on driveway for one car only. Like most of central Bristol, the flat is located in a residential parking permit area. Located within an easy walk of main Bristol attractions including Clifton Village, Ashton Court, University of Bristol and the Harbourside. Perfectly located for day trips via car or bus to Weston Super Mare (40min by car) and Bath (30min by car). We are in a quiet residential cul de sac so the flat is not suitable for parties. We welcome 1 well behaved dog but charge an additional 20 for cleaning per stay; must not be left in the flat unattended
