Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this newly renovated Victorian apartment. On the ground floor the flat has it's own entrance. A gentle 2 minute walk to Largs promenade. Family friendly accommodation in a quiet street. Our family holiday home has been refurbished to be very family friendly. In our lounge you'll find a dining area for enjoying family meals. there are 2 comfortable sofas and TV with ability to stream netflix, amazon and now TV. We also have a PS3 games console and a selection of games for kids to enjoy. In this area you'll also find a double sofabed. We have 3 bedrooms in our apartment. Bedroom 1 is a the front of the property and has a king-sized bed and ample room for a travel cot which we can provide. Bedrooms 2 and 3 to the rear of the property both contain twin single beds and you'll also find a selection of children's toys and books in these rooms. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you should need during your stay. Fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster and kettle and all the cooking items, crockery, glassware and cutlery you need for 8 guests. We also have some children's items for smaller children. Here you'll also find a small table for eating breakfast or lunch and a highchair for toddlers. Our family bathroom has a shower over the bath. The whole apartment and private front garden area are available for guests to use. We use the apartment for holidays with our family so you'll find toys and games and books to keep little ones amused. Access to the apartment is by a key entry box and I send details of check-in before your stay. I'm available anytime by text or email for any questions and we have a local contact who can help if needed. Our apartment is on a quiet street in the North of Largs but only 2 mins walk to the promenade where you can find playparks, boating pond, outdoor gym, and all the usual seaside fun of fairground rides, fish and chips, and ice-cream. We are very close to the Vikingar leisure centre which has a swimming pool. There is a bowling club, football club and tennis club in close walking distance. The town centre has a good selection of shops. We're also well situated for walking in the hills surrounding Largs. Largs has it's own train station for connection to Glasgow and beyond and our apartment is around 10 mins walk from the station. It is situated about 40mins drive from Glasgow airport and 30 mins for Prestwick airport. There is free on street parking available at property. This is our home that we use with our family and while we love to share it with guests our neighbours are very important to us. Noise travels easily in apartments so we ask that you keep noise to a minimum particularly late at night. This apartment is not available for hen nights, stag parties or any other events. Strictly no smoking in the flat or the grounds.
