The studio has the flexibility in TWO bedrooms:- 1 queen bed 1 king OR can be made into 2 singles. (Website hidden by Airbnb) modern and comfy private studio with concrete floors and clean lines....Ceaser Stone Bench tops in the Kitchen and Bathroom Studio is light bright and cosy, with soft rugs and furnishings for home from home feel.... The front deck is West Facing for you to enjoy a drink and just relax. Garden to the rear of the property gives you more space with an outside setting....we are close to the village but in such a private spot. Balnarring has everything for the foodie with gourmet food stores and excellent restaurants, everything for the explorer with Coolart wetlands trails and beach (Website hidden by Airbnb) for the wine experience too many to chose from !!!!! You have a private driveway and private garden....access is to the whole guest house, we only have one guest property so no sharing with other guests. We are mostly around if you need us, we can usually get back to you within the hour. We will give you your space and you may not see us if we do not bump into each other out on the main house driveway. Sometimes I may need to tend to my veggie garden which is near studio however try and do when guests are not around so as not to disturb you. Beautiful Balnarring has everything you need for a relaxing time, great restaurants, beach, vineyards cafe's and shops.....still with the feel of a laid back town not as busy as some on the Peninsula, a hidden gem. (Website hidden by Airbnb) great location to explore the whole of the peninsula as the drive across to the Port Phillip Bay side through gorgeous country side is relaxing in itself. local bus route from town 2 min walk... Winter Snuggles - the studio is soooo snug in winter with the benefits of a new build double glazed, efficient heating system and a log fire. Heated blankets on beds... you will be able to retreat in comfort when returning from wineries, walks, bike rides or what ever your thing is. Enjoy :). NOTE fire wood supplied - April through October.
