Beachfront self contained, private studio flat in the Northern Beaches most desired location - Bungan Beach, just a walk down the grassy path to the beach. Spacious and luxurious, modern with air con/heating, brand new bathroom, private deck - a perfect couples break! Installed with Netflix etc It is spacious, light and has everything you would need for a great stay. With reverse cycle air conditioning, its beautifully cool in summer and warm and cosy in winter. Fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom and plantation shutters - letting the light flood in during the day or block out for a peaceful sleep. The flat has some beach views but one of the biggest advantages is the private beach access to one of the most private and exclusive beaches on the peninsula. The apartment is completely self contained and separated from the main house, so you have complete privacy with your own entrance. You also have a dedicated parking spot for your car. The flat features a large private deck for your exclusive use. Walk down the stairs alongside the main house and you are at the grass path to the beach. This is also the spot to pull up a comfy chair and watch the magnificent sunsets - beautiful in summer or winter. We'll be around to assist or offer advice when needed, but most guests enjoy the privacy and freedom to come and go. The first sight of beautiful Bungan Beach as you round the corner will take your breath away. The environment sets the mood for the relaxed way of life. It's so easy to leave pressures and stress behind and just enjoy the beach life, cafe culture and laid back lifestyle the peninsula offers. You'll leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. There are 2 bus services that leave from Sydney City - L90 which stops at the top of Barenjoey Road (Karloo Parade) and the B Line double decker bus. Its only a short 10 minute walk to our house from the bus stop. The bus service heads up and down the peninsula, so you can day trip, right up to Palm Beach or in the other direction to Manly. Alternatively catch a ferry to Manly and then bus up the peninsula. If you are driving, we have a dedicated car park for you on our property. All Northern Beaches villages and beaches are only a short drive away. We supply a beach kit consisting of towels, beach bag, surfboard, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sunscreen and beach esky.
