The apartment is located in front of the sea, with unobstructed views of the bay of Nea Peramos and the Ancient Castle of Peramos, with a very beautiful sunrise. The beach, located right in front, is ideal for families with young children. The area is quiet and there are super markets, restaurants and cafes. The beach of Ammolofi, which is one of the best in Greece, is a 5-minute drive away. The apartment is luxuriously renovated and provides all the comforts for a carefree vacation. It has 2 airconditions, washing machine, wifi, TV, fully organized kitchen and electrical appliances, large closets and awning. I will be available, when needed, during the guests' stay. The apartment is close to a bus and taxi stand. Also at 20 km is the city of Kavala, where there is an airport and a port with ferry lines to the Aegean islands. Parking in the area is easy on the adjacent public roads.
