Our place is ideally located across the road from wedding venues Ecostudio Fellini & The Acre at Boomerang farm and a short drive from Cowbell Creek at Austinville Estates. If you require accomodation for the bridal party or a place to get ready, we are at your convenience. If you are wedding guests, we have your accomodation needs met. Wedding prep includes early check in and late checkout (1pm). Extra people such as hair and makeup and bridal party on premises. (Wedding prep $250). This is a once off on the wedding day and is limited to 10 people. Not optional. We are situated 370metres above street level with breathtaking views. Enjoy a glass of wine on your own deck as you take in the sunset over the hinterland or watch the ocean sunrise over the city with a freshly brewed coffee. There is a bbq for use in the private garden and a picnic basket and blankets as well. The home has a full kitchen and 2 marble bathrooms, as well as a walk in robe and walk in pantry. Make the most of your open plan living area. (A laundry with washing machine is at your disposal when both sides are booked). When you are relaxing on the grounds you may get a visit from our local wallaby family or the native kookaburras and koalas. You will also notice that there are 20 acres of private bush land in front of you to explore. Feel free to stay with nature or venture to the city beaches which are only 20mins away. Surf at Burleigh or laze on the sand in Broadbeach. Take a hiking trek in the national forests, around Hinze dam and Purlingbrook waterfalls nearby. Springbrook National Park is popular with tourists and locals alike and highly recommended. Theme parks -Seaworld/Movieworld/Dreamworld/Wet & Wild are easy acess via the M1 about a 25minute drive. Currumbin sanctuary and Seaworld via the Gold Coast Highway. Visit the Canungra valley vineyards for a leisurely day out or embrace the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise's nightlife. Be tempted to spend a day at our famous Pacific Fair Shopping centre or Robina Town centre where you can shop til you drop. These are only 15 minutes away. Restricted areas around host's house are clearly signed. The hedge is the border of the guest area. ***Please shut the gates each time you drive in and out of the property. *** You are the only guests at the house. The owner lives on the property in a second dwelling approximately 80 metres away. You have privacy but we are available by phone, if not normally in person, to be of assistance. Please be aware that at times, circumstances mean that the hosts will not always be able to respond immediately - please be aware of all house guidelines prior to arrival. A safe and quiet picturesque area on a hilltop with serene views. We are ideally located across the road from The Acre Boomerang Farm and Ecostudio Felini - for wedding party/guest accomodation. Austinville Estate Cowbell Creek is also nearby. Panchos Mexican restaurant on the street corner offers live music on Sundays. If you don't feel like cooking, dinner is only a 5 minute walk away. Enjoy high tea on the weekend at 'Bonapetit' only 2 mins away. The Boomerang Farm Golf Course is at the end of the street. Springbrook hiking trails and Purlingbrook falls are are only a short drive away. Old Town Mudgeeraba on Railway street has all your modern dining and grocery needs and is only 8 mins away. Closest train station - Robina 10mins Gold Coast airport - 25 mins Brisbane International airport - 65 mins Uber and taxi do service this area. The house is 2 bedroom with two queen beds and 1 extra queen spring mattress and can comfortably sleep 4 - 6 adults. There is seating, kitchenware and linen for 6 people. Linen is provided for number of booked guests. No extra guests allowed on the property without consent from the host. This is not a party house and not a meeting point for unbooked guests. Please contact host for extra day guests. This must be confirmed and paid for at time of booking. Events are not subject to extenuating circumstances for covid19, so if one of your day guests is positive, the booking will be NOT be cancelled. That guest cannot attend. Events are booked exclusive to the accommodation. Please be aware that bookings for 2 people are for 1 bed 1 bath unless otherwise specified prior to arrival. (Extra cost $45 per night if you require entire house for 2). The second bed & bath will otherwise be closed off. Late checkout/early checkin $20 per. Any rebooking will be subject to the day's rate increase. The house is located at the summit and there is paved road access. The road is a steep shared driveway so pls watch your speed. No 4wd necessary. Wifi (prepaid mobile) available at cost. Please arrange at booking. The device is only for use at the house and not to be taken off the property. This is not a commercial kitchen. Although we are not a bed and breakfast, we do provide basics such as tea, coffee, milk and cereals as well as condiments. When fresh produce is available, you will also find these in your fridge. (These items are not leftovers from other guests). No smoking and no shoes inside the house. Any cleaning of rugs when this policy is not adhered to will be at guest's expense. Air conditioning (portable) is available on request for a minimal fee. No personal heating or aircon/fans to be brought into the house. Firewood - available at Bunnings etc. The toilets are serviced by an enviro tank system - NO sanitary items, baby items or condoms to be flushed. Pls do not use bath bombs and only use the eco cleaning supplies provided by the host. No bleach at any time. No fake tanning or hair dying allowed. Please place all rubbish in the bins street side. Please do no drive or park on the lawns or gardens. Car Parking - maximum 3 vehicles on the property. Furnishings may vary from photos. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for person or property. No open fires allowed on the property. Please be aware that there are native animals as well as our dog on the property so there will be droppings on the lawn. So please close the doors when you are not here.
