Villa Bella Vista Peralta

Villa Bella Vista Peralta has some of the most precious views of the sea amongst all of our villas. It is surrounded by Ibizan pines. It is set in a quiet part of the c ountryside with no close by neighbours meaning our guests can enjoy a relaxing environment in privacy. The villa covers 135 m² over a single floor with a large patio-garden surrounding a beautiful blue pool. Within the gardens is a barbecue pit and Mediterranean pla nts. The pool area faces the south meaning the sun bathes the area with sun throughout the day. The villa offers a comfy atmosphere with three bedrooms one en-suite and another full bathroom for common use. The living room and sitting room are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi. The village of Sant Carlos de Peralta is only a 15 minute walk from the villa. The village has a wife variety of restaurants with local food as well as a good quality I talian and Japanese restaurant. There is a fully stocked supermarket, several shops and a few delightful cafés. The beaches of Cala Llenya and Cala Nova are only ten minutes away by car. House Manual Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 09:00.
