Pognana Lario, is about 20 minutes away from Como and from Bellagio. Perfect strategic position! The apartment has two bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other one has a single bed. The bedrooms are on the ground floor so easy access also for those who travel with small children (baby carriages), or wheelchair. On the 1st floor the living area with open kitchen. Also at the guests disposal is a large terrace and a beautiful garden area that you access from the top floor (3rd floor) of the building, the perfect place to have a relaxing breakfast or a refreshing drink after a nice swim in the lake. The whole apartment, as well as the terrace and garden, will be at your complete disposal. For larger groups, there are two apartments in the same building available. This one fits 5 and the other one fits 4. When checking in, ID or passport will be required for every member of the family/group, even children. In Pognana, as in most touristical places, the is a Tourist Tax to pay: 2 € per person a day for the first 7 days of vacation. If you check in between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm, an extra 30,00 € fee is to be payed in cash upon arrival. If you check in after 9:00 pm, there will be 50,00 € extra to pay upon arrival. From Pognana you can easily reach the wonderful town of Bellagio, global touristic destination and all the villages along the lake. From Bellagio you can catch the ferry with your car and go across the lake, arriving in Varenna, Menaggio or Cadenabbia. Just outside the house door are the bus stops for Como and for Bellagio. Just outside the front door there are bus stops for Como and Bellagio, also for Piani del Tivano (mountain area where you can take wonderful walks). Tickets can be bought on the app ARRIVA or at authorized retailers (i.e. Peppo's Bar). Pets not allowed.
