The house of the drawings is for me a nice atelier, where I draw, paint and I show my painting. I hope that this is for you a cozy home. It is a modern flat near the center of Verona between the river Adige and the Valpolicella. It is a modern flat near the center of Verona between the river Adige and the Valpolicella. The house is located at the ground floor of 3 stars building with free car parking and green spaces. In the flat there are: A bedroom with double bed ( it is possible a third bed) A bathroom with window and showercabin and washmachine. A lunch area with equipped kitchen and a table for 6 people, a living area with a new sofa (daybed for 2 people) A nice garden with a garden table, where you can eat during the summer days. The flat has heating and air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, TV. The bedroom there is a big wardrobe for your clothes and luggages. When you arrive we will take you the keys and we will show you the house. We give you a little map for the neighborhood and for your holiday in Verona. We will be available for your questions or info. You can use all the flat and the private garden. You can park your car in the free outdoor parking place. The flat is 5 km from the city center of Verona and it is easy to reach all services. In front of the flat there is a pasticceria for breakfast. Near the flat there are: a Tabacconist, a Ice-cream, a Bakery, a big Supermarket, two take away pizzas and a Winery. The flat is well connected, you can walk in the natural park of Adige, ride a bike in the hill of Valpolicella and cycling to the Garda Lake.
