Car park may possible be arranged for a fee with notice. Your bedroom is in a large well-equipped condominium (almost 1900 square feet) in a luxury and very secure building in a great neighbourhood. All three bedrooms are down a hallway separated from the shared space - open concept and spacious living /dining/kitchen open concept. Working desk in Dining Area. Yard with washing machine/drying lines. Balcony is great place for morning coffee overlooking the forest. Bedroom 2& 3 share one bathroom (includes shower). All bedrooms have access to a 2 piece (sink/toilet) off the main hall area, so there is never a need to wait! Maximum number of guests in Queen bedroom is 2 persons. You have a lot of privacy. When I am in KL, my schedule has me attending classes every night. You might see me in the mornings, however I am out a good deal. And I often travel. I start everyday in the pool, and then make breakfast/smoothies in the kitchen. Basically you will have the condo to yourself much of the time. When I am travelling you will find my co-host accessible and helpful. He is a local Malaysian. TTDI is a safe, desirable, relatively quiet community with plenty of amenities, great restaurants, night market, fresh market, and ..... beautiful forest trails which is unique to KL. MRT is steps away and takes you downtown, to Sentral where you can transfer to anywhere in KL Car Park is available, only with at least 1 week notice, subject to availability (if someone else in the condo has booked it in advance) Niko is a reliable taxi driver, familiar with the building, and much more than a taxi driver - I often have him provide 'concierge' services The MRT (Rapid Transit) station is steps away from the building. This makes traveling around KL very easy.
