Six bedrooms in modern, clean home - Bed & Break..

My place is close to the university, across the road from Gabbinbar Homestead (weddings), and close to the city centre. There is a large, covered outdoor living area for guests to relax, and this is adjacent to the fenced swimming pool. My home is good for couples, large wedding groups, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families, all to enjoy a very substantial, cooked breakfast. I live onsite in a small section of the house. The area is large and very private, located In a prestige area of Toowoomba. Guests can watch T.V./DVDs in either of two large living areas, or just relax, and can use the outside space, in a secluded undercover living area, adjacent to the pool. Guests are able to use the kitchen for coffee/tea-making, eating take-away or using the microwave for heating food. However, the kitchen is NOT to be used for cooking meals. I live on site and am available to help in any way I can, and to provide a very generous cooked breakfast each morning. I am approximately six minutes to the University of Southern Queensland, directly across the road from Gabbinbar Homestead (weddings!!!!), and a short drive to the city centre - parks, restaurants and cultural activities.
