In a beautiful part of Cornwall, the annex is a stone's throw from the tranquil Pill Creek, ideal for a peaceful stroll and/or launch of small boats and kayaks etc with direct water access to the Falmouth estuary. Walk around the creek for Loe Beach with water sports and cafe' facilities. The National Trust Trellisick House is minutes away with its listed attractions, restaurant, shops and direct access to estuary and coastal walks. The King Harry Ferry is also on the doorstep taking you across to St Mawes and the beautiful Roseland Peninsular. There are many good pubs and reputable eateries in and around the various nearby waterside locations, notably the famous Pandora Inn and the Quay Inn at Devoran. The Cathedral city of Truro with it's major shops, and Falmouth with it's seafaring history and eclectic mix of shops and restaurants can both be accessed within a 15 minute drive. Guests have their own private entrance to the annex to come and go at their leisure. Guests have their own off road parking space alongside their private entrance.
