Upstair's lounge area. log burning fires. Fabulous private Hot tub in a secluded private garden . In addition you will find a second south facing terrace on which to relax and unwind . Complimentary tea & coffee fresh milk & fresh orange juice plus a delicious cake & biscuits . A fabulous traditional farmhouse but renovated to a very high standard for pure relaxation . With an entertaining kitchen plus a relaxing lounge area upstairs with leather sofa's and a log burner. 3 Bedrooms plus a bed settee downstairs. The quietness and relaxing and tranquillity is beautiful. There is also a private garden with just the sound of the birds and nearby stream trickling in the background . This is truly a unique property . A hidden gem of a sanctuary plus hot tub , pets welcome . Please note – Any ladies who are pregnant we recommend that you do not use the hot tub. Please do not use the hot tub if you have fake tan on. We recommend that a maximum of 15 – 20 mins is spent in the hot tub at any one time, any longer can result in heat rashes or a reaction to the chemicals used in the hot tub. The guests have the whole cottage to themselves plus outside gardens and terraces with a secluded & private hot tub . I look forward to greeting you to our beautiful home . Fabulous walks , lovely handy shop's including a coop post office local butchers and gift shops , nice restaurant and pubs nearby .Garden centres. Great bus service to huddersfield centre. Trains to York. And surrounding yorkshire dales . Ice cream parlour's nearby local farm shops . There is a bus stop in the village that takes you into Huddersfield centre . This is also where the Train station is . When coming out the front door turn left go staring up to the farm house and turn left again. Walk between the two cemetery then take w sharp right through the woods. This Leeds to lots of lovely walks . Wyndale garden centre is a lovely walk serving delicious food , Yorkshire sculpture park is a short drive away so is Charlottes ice cream parlour. Our local farm shop Emily farm is fab for local produce and a nice cafe to visit there We supply complimentary tea's & coffee chocolate drinks.Sugar milk ,biscuits .
