Just completed, a brand new renovation- A delightful self-contained studio apartment in a period residence. As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use. This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2. This superb lower ground studio has lots of useful features and we have even included a dishwasher! Another useful feature is the inclusion of a small terrace which is perfect for smoking a cigarette. The flat screen TV is 50’’ and the picture quality is excellent, it’s mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room. Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful. As a general rule I prefer stays of four days or longer but shorter periods maybe available so please ask if in doubt. East Croydon station is a major transport hub, from here you can be in Central London in 15 minutes. East Croydon to London Victoria- 15 mins, London Bridge- 20 mins, St. Pancras International (Eurostar trains to France) in 30 mins. East Croydon to Gatwick Airport- the UK’s largest airport- in just 15 minutes! Croydon has excellent road, rail and air connections providing first class transport links to London, the UK and overseas. Bus services are extensive and we also have a network of Trams. We have a wide range of dining options, bars and nightclubs. All ages and tastes are catered for. We are one of the liveliest and best served centres of culture in the London area. Boxpark has basically turned Croydon into a new vibrant version of Shoreditch. Since its opening Boxpark Croydon has quickly become the main attraction in the borough for its street food and events, with the likes of  grime rapper, Stormzy making headline performances. We have over 2,600 acres of parkland and open spaces. There is a bus route directly outside the property and East Croydon Station is just a 12 minute walk away. It is a major transport hub for trains buses and trams. East Croydon Station is your gateway to London and the South East, use your Oyster or Travel card for convenient, frequent and speedy travel Directly into Central London. London Victoria in 16 mins and London Bridge in 20 mins. Once in Central London you can access all of London's transport network, Underground, trains, trams and buses and see all that the one of the worlds leading cities has to offer. Direct non stop and frequent 24 hour service to London Gatwick Airport normally in just 14 mins makes travelling to the airport a breeze. The excellent tram system serving Croydon can also take you directly to Wimbledon, home of the famous tennis tournament.
