Cosy and quiet flat

Dear guest, it is my pleasure to host you at our cosy, quiet, and comfortable flat situated at residential neighbourhood 12-15 min by tram/bus from the city-centre. The apartment has 42 m2 with a small balcony. The apartment has one bedroom, kitchen combined with dining and living room and one bathroom. It is equipped with quality furniture, air conditioning, and a TV. The kitchen is new and has all you need - all the dishes, dishwasher, kitchen stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom has double bed with bed linen and one small bed, as well as one bigger and one small wardrobe which ensure enough space. For extras the bathroom is equipped with a tub and a washing machine, and also new and soft towels are included. Our apartment is ideal for couples, smaller families, a group of friends or business partners because it has maximum capacity of 5 persons with a double bed and single bed in the bedroom and an extra bed on the sofa in the living-room. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, you'll have place all for yourself but I will be at your disposal every day for all inquiries through phone and mail, as well as in person if needed. The hosts speak both Croatian and English, as well as litle bit of Spanish. Our home is located in Zagreb, City of Zagreb, Croatia. The apartment is situated in quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by small buildings and family houses. Nearby the apartment is small grocery store and bakery. To the city centre, by tram (and the tram station is 5 min walking distance – Tram No 12), it takes about 15 minutes. Also, with Uber it takes you 5-7 min (cost is around 3-5 euros). Parking is provided in front of the building, however is a common space (so sometimes there is no free space). Nearby (5 min walking distance) is a bus station, bus No 118 will drive you to the city-centre - it takes about 15 min drive.
