Babbling Brook Cottage - Dog friendly stone barn

Babbling Brook Cottage is a pretty converted stone barn nestled in the hillside 5 mins from the small town of Lampeter. The cottage has a kitchen/diner, double bedroom, large lounge with vaulted ceiling. You have your own private, secure, dog friendly, courtyard garden. Outdoor covered dining area, games for the kids and lovely views of the valley. Very dog & child friendly:) Only 20 mins from the colourful harbour town of Aberaeron and 30 mins away from the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay. The huge lounge has a real wow factor with the vaulted ceiling, stone walls, large windows, woodburning stove, TV and rocking horse. There are two single beds, one each end of the room. There is a pretty bedroom with large double bed and space for a cot if required. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with cooker, solid fuel Rayburn, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and TV! Outside there is a dog friendly, secure private courtyard garden with undercover dining area, bbq, games for the kids. Great views of the valley can be enjoyed along with the glorious sunsets. Guests have access to the whole of Babbling Brook Cottage. Guest can also enjoy the 23 acres of fields surrounding it, along with the two babbling brooks. Mike and Ali will be on hand to help throughout your stay. Babbling Brook Cottage is set in a quiet rural location overlooking neighbouring farmland and the Teifi valley. The beautiful sunsets are something not to be missed! There are bus links from the local town of Lampeter. The closest railway station is in Carmarthen which is 40 mins drive away. We recommend guests bring wellies for exploring the land and slippers for inside as their are wooden floors throughout. Alpaca walking available onsite for a small additional cost.
