Charming modern little house

Charming modern little house in a quite residential street within the city centre, next to a beautiful beach. Decorated with taste and well equipped, it would feel spacious and comfortable for a couple or family with kids. The picturesque medina, the old fishing harbour, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, are all within 5 minutes walk. Down the road, you will find the fine sand beach, part of which is arranged with parasols and chairs. There are also bookable tennis courses next door. The maisonette would feel quite spacious for a couple with or without kids and will be fully equipped for 4 people. General amenities: Air conditioning (it can get quite hot during the summer), heating, hot/cold water, WiFi internet connection, Flat screen TV, International channels. Parking in front of the house is allowed although you do not need a car really as the beach, the historical town and the shops and restaurants are all at a walking distance. Deco: Tunisian masters paintings and fine art objects. Minimal furnishing for an modern airy feel. Lively colour palette. Kitchen amenities: Gas hob, fridge with freezer, small multifunction oven, washing machine. All utensils needed for a self catered stay. Beds: One double, one single, both in the large bedroom. In addition, if needed, the living room sofa is convertible into a double bed. (In terms of mattress comfort I would only recommend using the convertible sofa for kids.) Not restricted: The guests have access to the entire house and equipment. Keys can be provided on site or at the airport. Local help and assistance for guests will be provided during their stay. Clean and quite residential area in the city center and by the beach. From what I know of Hammamet, there is no better location to living like a local in this charming harbour town. The picturesque medina and the old fishing harbour, the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, are all within 5 minutes walk. You will find a beautiful sandy beach with the calm waters of the gulf of Hammamet down the road facing the house (you can see the sea from the window). Part of this beach is serviced and paying - very affordable though - and part of the beach is free. The paying area is arranged with parasols and chairs (see photo) and serviced by a cafe-restaurant. Also, 100m away for the house you'll find the tennis club of Hammamet with bookable (very affordable) clay tennis courses. Distance: Less than 5mn walking distance to everything: the beach, the tennis club, the historical town and harbour, and the shops and restaurants. Airport distance: 1h from Tunis-Carthage airport, or 45mn from Ennfidha Hammamet airport. Although guests can get there by public transport, I do advise, for comfort and convenience, to catch a taxi or to use a pre-booked private hire from the airport. Parking is allowed in front of the house. Bed linen, pillows, blankets, towels and a hairdryer are provided. There are also games and books in the living area.
