Nice room with private bathroom in the city center

Organized as a SMALL STUDIO on the first floor of our duplex apartment, the bedroom has a 160 * 200 double bed with private bathroom and WC. A washing machine is also available. Although without a kitchen, you will find everything you need to make good breakfasts: fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and crockery for 2 people. Very high speed WIFI WARNING: The separation between our apartment and the 1st floor rented is ONLY the staircase and a thick curtain at the bottom of it. This will ensure your privacy although there is no real door to the bedroom. Free parking throughout the neighborhood. Close to the historic center and the shops, you can also enjoy the markets and ephemeral art shops on foot, organized in July / August. Lake Arfeuille and its beach are also 2 minutes away by car. For the more motivated, going to the lake, going around it and coming back to the apartment will give you a nice little jog of about 20min ;-) 2min walk from the SNCF station. Free parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. We have an adorable border collie dog who is a little shy at first but very nice. He has of course no access to the rented floor otherwise he would be able to wake you up with kisses.
