Able to accommodate 4 guests across 2 bedrooms it's your exclusive space in Cornwall. With more than adequate private parking and a large kitchen, together with shower/bathroom, wi-fi, wine cooler, coffee machine, large TV - and a tennis court - it is the place to begin your Cornish adventure. You have all you need for a relaxing break away. We provide all bedding, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen. Cornish cream tea, tea/coffee, bottled water and milk as a welcome on arrival. Little Stables cottage is exclusively your cottage in Cornwall. With a large kitchen , 2 bedrooms and bathroom its a great space to make your own. There is ample parking and also access to a full tennis court for those inclined. Its a quiet place to relax in the country , yet within easy reach of moor land and some of the country's top beaches. There are lots of outdoor activities from zip wires, golf at the St. Mellion resort, go karting, coasteering and lots of country walks. Not to mention city restaurants as well as country pubs all within a short drive of Little Stables. (All pending Covid opening). Little Stables provides you with your own exclusive space , fully featured for your enjoyment. Little Stables is just off the main A38 providing easy access from the east, yet giving you a base into west Devon or Cornwall for access to beaches, cities and moorland. We are situated 1.8 miles off the main road, in a quiet Cornish country lane on the Landulph peninsula, a noted area of outstanding natural beauty. You'll need a car/own transport to access Little Stables, as buses are infrequent. There is private parking however for 8 cars. Cornish cream tea on arrival, milk in the fridge, fresh towels , tea and coffee, soap and toilet roll - everything you need to get started. A Waitrose store is just 4 miles away for quality provisions, and a cafe. Please feel free to use the tennis court - racquets and balls provided. Large car park, safe, dry place to store your bikes. Patio for drinks. Quiet, private, in the country. Checkin from 3pm, checkout 11am please.
