A tiny cabin at the Village of Oz A small cabin, that provides you a serene and relaxed place to stay. The tiny cabin is located at the back side of the main house sorrounded in a romantic garden setting. The tiny cabin. house is equipped with basic necessities. Located at the back of the garden, the space will provide you a private and unforgettable romantic place to stay, whether alone or travelling with your friends or loved ones. With a comfortable bed that transforms into a couch, a small facility of kitchenette and a tiny wc with a shower. Please take note: Tourist tax of €1,65 per person per day will be paid upon your arrival only in cash. The garden is big enough to be used and shared with the guest and us. Privacy is very important of course but should not restrict enjoying every space in the garden. We love to host and make our guests feel comfortable. Always there to support your every need. Oud Zuilen is a small town next the city of Utrecht, the neighbourhood is serene and quiet,sorrounded with nature and has a beautiful historic 13th century castle and historic wind mills, one can visit.There is also a small cafe/restaurant after enjoying a walk in a beautiful setting. The place is along the river Vecht should one wish to sail a boat and see the sorrounding area by water or take a tour on a bike to visit next door villages. Oud Zuilen is a beautiful and a magical place to visit. Going to the main centre of Utrecht, you will need to take a bus which takes about 15 minutes. The public transportation is 5 minutes walk from the house. The property is located in a small village that has a cafe and restaurant. There are no shops or groceries in the village. Please take note! No shoes inside the tiny cabin, sleepers are available for use or you can bring your own. Security deposit €100.00 in cash upon check in wil be paid. This amount will be returned once everything is left in order , no stains on the carpet, broken items, unreturned keys etc. For lost and unreturned keys: €50,00. Breakfast is not included but can be arranged for €15,00 per person. Cleaning fee of €30 is only for 1-3 nights stay. For 4-7 nights of stay the amount of €20 extra will be paid in cash upon your arrival. Tourists tax of €1,65 and City water tax of €1,65 per night, per guest will be settled in cash upon your check in. **** ONLY Cash will be accepted as there is no Pin or Credit card machine available. No shoes are allowed inside the cabin as this is carpeted. Also should you wish to prepare your own breakfast this is possible, except that there are no shops and grocery stores nearby, should you need to have some groceries, kindly send me your list in advance and I will be happy to buy what you need thus the amount of bought items will have to be settled in cash only upon your arrival.
