This stunning executive property is situated next to the river in leafy Kangaroo Point, just 2Km from Brisbane’s CBD and within easy reach of everything that you want to see and do while in Brisbane. Walk along the riverfront parkland, catch a City Cat ferry, stroll to a local restaurant, hop on a City Cycle or simply enjoy a coffee on the balcony or the downstairs cafe. Whatever brings you to Brisbane, we know that you’ll just love staying here! Our Level 12 apartment provides spectacular 270 degree river and city views from its corner position. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite, while bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a private bathroom Like the bedrooms, the open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows to take in the view and comes with smart TV, DVD and high speed internet access. The apartment also has a laundry with washer and dryer available. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances including a Nespresso machine. The on site cafe is popular with locals and serves a range of breakfast and lunch treats with fresh local produce. Our guests can also make use of the 25m heated lap pool and gym on the ground floor. Secure basement parking is available at no charge. We can arrange to meet you personally on site and show you around the apartment, however most of our guests prefer the convenience of self check in. A comprehensive manual with lots of information is in the apartment however if you need any assistance at any time we are only a phone call away We do not live on site however always available to assist by phone or message. Kangaroo Point is a riverside suburb with a mixture of character housing and upmarket riverside apartments. The area is well serviced with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and hotels all a short walk away. Bus and ferry transport are easily accessed and the CBD is a short 7 min bus ride. Close proximity to both North and South freeways with the airport tunnel exiting just outside. City Cycles are available to hire right outside the property.
