Country Living at its Best

Before I begin describing our home I would like to advise, because of safety issues, that we are NOT accepting children under the age of 10 years as we have a creek running through our garden. Now onto our home - our outdoor living, spacious lawns and beautiful gardens offer many places to kick back and relax. Lots of places to visit around here with heaps of biking/walking tracks. Waihi Beach is just 10 minutes away and Tauranga, Hamilton & Rotorua are all within 1.5 hours travelling. We live in a modern home, newly carpeted and refurbished. We offer a clean tidy house whom we share with Maggie the Jack Russell and Henry the cat. Our fur kids! Living area will be shared with us, although we have a separate lounge and outside deck should you wish to be alone. (Please note there is not a TV in the separate lounge). Also please note that there is no ensuite, but a separate bathroom/toilet located just a few steps down the passage. We have 2 bedrooms available. One having a Queen Size Bed and the other room has 2 single beds. Guests have their own bathroom and toilet and are welcome to use the kitchen. There will be a small charge to use the Laundry facilities. Please note there is NOT a separate kitchen for guests. Rather we share the one space. We also supply a continental breakfast. We are available for advice and any other help which will make your stay more pleasurable. We live on a quiet country road, surrounded by kiwifruit orchards and undulating farmland. Just 10 minutes north of the Katikati township renown for its murals. (Website hidden by Airbnb) Plenty of onsite parking. We are on an intercity bus route. We are just 10 - 15 minutes away from the beautiful Waihi Beach. (Website hidden by Airbnb) Even closer is Anzac Bay, a safe place for all the famiy to swim. Karangaheke Gorge offers wonderful Rail Trails cycling/walking tracks from Waihi to Paeroa.
