A nice two-room apartment recently renovated, in the center of San Pantaleo, in a quiet side street, with amazing view on Monticanaglia. The apartment is provided of all comfort, included air conditionin, washing machine and dishwasher. There are some free parking slot close to it and all services are at a few steps. Moreover the most beaturiful beaches are no more than 10 min from here. We only accept guests with green pass. The apartment is composed by spacious double room, living room with convertible sofa and equiped kitchen and a big bathroom. The rooms are always fresh thanks to the natural breeze but in any case air conditioning is available in the bedroom and in the living room. You will find a big wardrobe, washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom with big shower and all you need to enjoy your stay. A spectacular and panoramic terrace will allow you to enjoy the sunset with a cool breeze. TV with Sky decoder for your subscription (bring your card!) The apartment is entirely dedicated to the guests and has and independent entrance. We provide linen and the opportunity to change them or have extra cleanings during the stay if you wish. We speak italian, english and french. Considering the actual sanitary situation, we require negative Covid-Test within the previous 72 hours or certificate of vaccination. I will be at your disposal to help you in enjoying your stay, do not hesitate to ask me information about bar, restaurant, shoppings and all you need before and during your stay. San Pantaleo is a small and typical village, approx 30 min from airport and harbor of Olbia. The flat is in the center of San Pantaleo, at a few steps from the main square and all the local services: supermarket, pharmacy, ATM and many tipical shops and restaurants. From here you can easily get to the main beaches of Costa Smeralda and other nice cities such as Santa Teresa di Gallura, Arzachena, Cannigione. In order to join San Pantaleo and to enjoy the life in the surroundings, it's essential to have a car or a moto or a scooter.
