Lovely Périgord studio/2 people

Our suite is spacefull and comfortable, and situated in the middle of the triangle: Angoulème- (40 kms) Limoges (70 kms) and Périgueux (80 kms) in the regional natural park of Périgord Limousin. The flat is in a small hamlet of Dordogne where we live. Typical, all modern comfort and pleasure to welcome people. This suite is situated besides the pond, and the typical Périgord roof is beautiful. iI has one large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a king size bed, table and chairs. Private bathroom with toilets and open shower. It is situated in an old Perigord building, renovated in 2012. Lots of charm, private outside terrace and a private park for car. The hole flat is for rent, and you will also be able to use the games room, the fishing pond, and the summer swimming pool. We live in the hamlet, and we will give you informations and good adresses in the area. Our hamlet has 10 inhabitants and we have renovated several houses . We are in a natural and touristic area, in the regional park. lots of pedestrian paths, etc;;; A car is necessary. train station at Angoulème 40 kms (TGV) International Airport at Limoges 70 kms, Bordeaux (1.45 hour drive), Bergerac (1.30 hour drive). 2 small towns are 5 and 10 mn drive from us, with shops and restaurants, typical markets, etc WIFI on place.
