A comfortable twin bedroom with bathroom (shared only if other guests are present) available in outer Toowoomba, with rural views next door, giving a country, fresh air feeling. It would be best to have own transport, being 6klms from shopping centre. Peaceful and quiet. Wake up to the birds. Access to lounge with T.V., fire, piano, kitchen and dining. Own bathroom ( unless other guests are present) When I am home, which is not often. I work 8 days a fortnight. Even if I am at home I have stuff to attend to, but am available for any queries or assistance. I love the peace and quiet. There is 10 acres next door, often has wallabies, hares roaming around. I have a helpful neighbor on the other side - if ever needed. Only 10 mins to town, however no public transport. Lots of people have commented " What a comfortable bed" and " just perfect".
