Unique and renovated apartment. located in the old neighborhood of Kerem Hateymanim. Between Shuk Carmel and the beach of Tel Aviv. Special services: -Cleaning services -Food services -City bikes for rent -Urban-Culture tours Charming renovated quiet apartment in Kerem Hatemanim. The apartment has a great kitchen with everything you need to make yourself a real Israeli breakfast. The livingroom is cozy and comfortable perfect to drink a nice glass of wine after you came back from exploring Tel Aviv. The bedroom has doors that open to the cute private courtyard which has a hammock, couch and places to sit. The bedroom has a huge closet with plenty of place for your belongings and extra towels and sheets. There is a very comfortable double bed and one more extra single bed (IKEA). The apartment has a laundry machine, internet, tv, cooking utilities, blender, stove and oven and iron. We have also baby's bed and a chair/table (1-2 years ). this announcement is for the rent of the whole apartment and therefore you would have private access to everything the apartment has to offer. On your arrive day You can enter the apartment at 3:00pm. On your last day we will start the cleaning from 11am ,at the morning. If you need any help with your suitcase that will not be a problem. I live upstairs so if you have any questions or need help I will happily assist you. I can give you tips on where to go, where to eat, how to get around and what to see. Kerem Hatemanim is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Tel Aviv. The neighborhood is famous for its authentic israeli food restaurants and lately the neighborhood is home to many young designers and new bars which add to the neighborhoods charm and diversity. The apartment is a one minute walk to the shuk hacarmel market where you can find cheap, fresh vegetables, fruits and spices as well ass juice bars little food stalls and cafe's. In less then3 minutes you find yourself at the beach right next to the dolfinarium where you can relax , workout and swim. You can rent chairs and parasols and the beach has a surf school where you can take lessons and rent boards. you are a 10 min walk from dizengoff centrer, rotshild, and neve tzedek where you have many bars and restaurants. You have busses that take you to all the places you want in tel aviv, including the Tel Aviv museum, the concert hall of the Israeli philharmonic, and jaffo. There are 24/7 mini markets everywhere. Although the neighborhood is very lively and central, at night it is quiet. the streets are narrow so there is not a lot of traffic, ideal to get around by bike. The neighborhood has narrow streets and therefore it's quiet and there is not a lot of traffic. It's a 3 min walk from the beach and a 10 min walk to dizengof center, Rotshild and Neve Tzedek where you have many bars and restaurants. There is a big buss station within walking ditance, with buses that take you everywhere in Tel Aviv. it is easy to get around the city by bike and take long rides on the boulevard along the beach.
