This is a beautiful,spacious,comfortable apartment right on the each. Ideal for families with kids and granny+gandpa! REGRET no more than 5 adults NO PARTIES Welcome to your Blissful Beach Holiday This beachfront apartment has three bedrooms, with an en-suite master bedroom with an extra length king bed leading onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small balcony and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which is more suited for children as it has 3 single beds and adjoins the spacious TV lounge by means of a glass sliding door. Thus no more than 5 adults unless part of a family with small kids. The fully equipped kitchen opens up unto a large dining room where you can finally get your whole family together. A large TV lounge is tucked away at the back of the apartment with enough couch space to binge watch your series horizontally all without disturbing the peaceful ocean sounds near the front of the flat. For those wishing to experience the ocean view, without venturing into the sun, another two lounge areas leading from the dining table towards the balcony will provide more than enough space to read a book or test everyone's stress levels with a few board games. For the iron men or women, you can challenge your calves along the broad beach, and test your floating abilities in the nearby rock pool. If this is not your idea of a relaxing holiday, you can treat yourself to a gas-braai on the balcony and count the laps instead. All of this in the comfort of air-conditioned rooms. Utopia Ballito is the co-host for this apartment and will also be responsible for the servicing of the unit. Their staff is well trained and efficient, and I kindly ask you to treat the cleaning staff with respect and dignity. The unit will be cleaned Monday-Friday, no cleaning service on weekends and public holidays. Should you wish to have the unit cleaned on these days, this will be at an extra cost to the guest and Utopia Ballito needs to be informed timeously in order to make arrangements. This payment should then be made directly to Utopia Ballito. If you need anything extra, please communicate with Utopia Ballito directly and not the cleaning staff. A daily clean of the unit comprises the following: Making all beds Cleaning the bathrooms Sweeping all rooms Sweeping of patio Mopping of the patio will not be done every day, only when deemed necessary Cleaning of braai • Check in times are strictly after 14:00 unless an arrangement was made with us prior to arrival, in which case we will always try to accommodate guests as far as we can. • The keys will include a remote control for the access gate. Access to the beach is via a side door inside the top level undercover parking. This door leads out onto the public side access to the beach. A code for this door will be sent to you via sms a few days before your arrival with the key collection detail. • On the key you will also find: A key for front door security gate + the front door, as well as for the security gate for the patio leading on to the veranda.The key for the main bedroom security gate is in the main bedroom coat stand. • Upon your arrival, please park your vehicle outside in the visitors parking. Once you have unpacked, please use your allocated no 15 parking in the underground parking space. Any extra vehicles can be parked in the visitors parking. Trailers may only be parked in designated parking for trailers! • Inside the apartment we will supply guests with coffee, tea, sugar,1 ltr milk, variety of spices, dish washing liquid and kitchen cloths as well as toilet rolls (2, one for each toilet), liquid body wash in the shower, liquid hand washing soap, hand lotion and shampoo, all of this will only be supplied during your arrival and will not be refilled. • 15 Skaithos will be serviced daily from Monday-Friday, no servicing on weekends and public holidays. Should you prefer cleaning at a specific time daily, please arrange this prior to your arrival with us. Any additional servicing on weekends and public holidays can be arranged at an additional charge per day and also needs to be arranged prior to arrival • Linen will be changed once a week (unless an arrangement was made by guests. If you stay for 10 days, linen will be changed half way through) and towels every fourth day of your stay with us. A security guard is present every night and will lock the beach gate from 6pm - 6am.
