Any guests having a party or creating noise levels that disturb neighbours - will be evicted with NO REFUND and your bond withheld. BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
