Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau in einer sehr modernen, in Passivhausbauweise errichteten Anlage im 6. Stock und hat einen grossen Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Alpen. Sie ist mit einer gepflegten, voll ausgestatteten Küche, Esstisch, einer Waschmaschine und zwei gemütliche Couchs mit Bettfunktion ausgestattet. Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Bank, Apotheke,... sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 8 min. in der Altstadt. Ruhig und doch zentral! Sie haben eine ganze Wohnung mit einem wirklich schönen Blick auf die "Nordkette" mit einem großen Balkon. Sie können die Küche benutzen, fernsehen, das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) benutzen, etc... [engl.] :) You will have the whole flat with a really beautiful view to the mountains "Nordkette" (Jewel of the alps) with a large balcony. You can use the kitchen, watch TV, use bathroom (with bathtub), etc... Die Gäste haben eine ganze Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Bad, WC, grosser Balkon. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein grosses Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer zwei Couchs mit Bettfunktion. The guests have a whole apartment with one bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, big balcony. The bedroom has a large double bed. In the living room a couch with bed function. Ich bin nicht in der Wohnung aber bin fürs check-in und während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. I am not in the apartment but I am always available by phone for check in and during your stay. Zentral aber nicht unmittelbar im Zentrum zu leben, ein wenig Natur und die Ruhe in unmittelbarer Nähe finden, und doch die Vorzüge einer Landeshauptstadt zu genießen wird hier vereint.  Grünanlagen mit Sport- und Spielplätzen und Freizeiteinrichtungen ziehen sich in unmittelbarer Nähe entlang von Sill und Inn (Flüsse) Zahlreiche Nahversorger, Ärzte, Apotheker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc... befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Anbindung an die Altstadt ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, zu Fuss od. mit dem Fahrrad sehr einfach. Der nächste Autobahnanschluss (A 13 Brennerautobahn) befindet sich einen Kilometer südlich. You can park for FREE in the garage in the house. On foot you are in about 20 minutes in the old town. The bus stop for all directions is 1 min. on foot almost on the doorstep.
